Finished the frame for my 246 gallon Aquarium!

Finally finished the frame for my 246 Gallon (96x27x22) tank!:grinno:
I borrowed the design from some of the members on here! It really turned out great!

Now to attach the top and sides and to get the tank on top!:nilly:

Pure Beef!!

I probably would have used 2x6's thought for that much water.
Definitely a great looking stand though.
With the braces in between each corner, what you have should work great.
 
Here is a picture after paint and having it K9 approved:)

Still debating whether to cover it with birch plywood and stain it or leave it open and rustic looking????

What would be neat to do would be to either cover up the ends or the center, leave the center section open for shelves or either end open for shelves.
 
An update!!! My Sump is now finished and my Reeflo pump and my TMC Pro UV 110 sterilizer are here (see pics below). Things are really starting to come together. More updates to follow as soon I as I get some free time from work:)
