Finnex Titanium heater

I just got a finnex titanium heater. Problem is it has an alarm that goes off when the water is below 65* I'm filling my 180gal tank and my tap is is 46* i don't want to hear the alarm til it heats, and i don't want to wait for it to come up to 68 on it's own.

Can i just clip the little buzzer off the circuit board without effecting anything?

Just unplug the heater. I always heat using slightly warm water when filling my tanks and never have an issue. I have had issues when filling my tanks with cold water, fish don't like it.
