Fins of my kamfa flowerhorn are falling off

The dorsal and anal fins of my flowerhorn were long and suddenly I have found them to be gone and I also see the tail fin has got some cuts
The flowerhorn is alone in a tank with no other fish
Is it some kind of disease?
How to deal with thr problem

Exactly, can't really help without pics of the fish and the tank. As far as we know it could be any number of things going on with it. Until pics are added there's no definitive way of finding a diagnosis for the problem or even telling if the post is a serious one or not.

Personally I hope this isn't just another joke someone made. I'd hate to have an innocent fish possibly die just because OP doesnt include pics of the fish and it's tank.
