Fire bellied toad questions

I have a 29 gallon sitting empty, I want to turn it into a toad tank. I'll fill it about halfway with water and a heater and internal filter. I'll also be placing fake plants and turtle docks. Would this be appropriate? And how many could I place in a tank this size?

Sounds like a good setup to me. In a 39 gallon, you could probably have a lot, but remember that fire bellies need water changes often because of the toxins released from their skin.

Trust me, I'm used to water changes lol. But how much is "a lot"?

I don't know enough about fire bellies to say for sure, but I'd say you could probably keep at least fifteen, maybe more.

A general rule of thumb I’ve heard for Fire Bellies is 5 gallons of space per toad.

Haha I actually drew my profile pic myself, at first I was starting with Biollante but it ended up looking a bit like the plant from Little Shop of Horrors lol.
