This is for a Tire Track eel not fire eel ! Early Morning eh!

I'm getting a Tire Track delivered today and have just done my weekly water change but wasn't sure if i can still add fertlisers into the tank with the eel in there? Are they super sensitive or anything like that? I'm using the following fertlisers:
Potassium Nitrate
Potassium Phosphate
Potassium Sulphate
Magnesium Sulphate
Trace mix
