I currently have a fire eel and a clown loach kept together in a 30gallon. I saw these weird dragon lookalike eel at my lfs called dragon goby. I was wonderimg if they can be kept together. I kno dragon gobies need brackish water.
Fire Eel & Dragon Goby together as tankmates?

I would not all of those fish live on the bottom an 30 does not give a lot of space for each fish to have it own area. With the goby having those tiny beady eyes the Eel might snatch one off If it gets threatend. I have talk to people on youtube an some have keep Dragon Gobies in fresh water with no problem. good luck
Its of course tiny like 5.5 inches. I hav a 75 gallon but my aro kept chasing it so i had no choice but to put the fire eel bak in my 30gallon. My aro is about 10 inches now. It gets along w/ 3 dats, flagtail n two loaches.
