fire eel feeding

has anyone had any luck getting a fire eel onto pellets, i have massivore pellets and hes the only one that wont eat them.

My fire eel(R.I.P) used to eat market shrimp he loved it.

As far as pellets by them self NO but i wouldn't give up if your haveing difficulty try stuffing a few pellets into a night crawler that works for me when feeding large spiny eels

My 22'' inch guy won't touch anything but nightcrawlers and once in awhile krill.

My 23" fire eel is super picky. He will not eat anything but live tubifex worms. Believe me, I've tried ! He did however try some live ghost shrimp once, but was turned off from then on. I love my eel.
