fire eel freinds

will my fire eel get along with another eel species the same size such as a borneo python eel wich is a spiny eel and wat is the name of the spiny eel that is white with black blotches on it?

will a fire eel get along with another spiny eel species the same size i already have mine with a striped peacock eel will the fire eel get along with other spiny eels tiretrack,borneo python,zig zag,lesser,ect?as for the white eel with black square like pattern wat is it called?

does anyone know anything about spiny eel compatability with other spiny eels or wat the name of the spiny eel above is?

my fire eel got along fine with a smaller striped peacock eel will he be fine with any other spiny eel species?
 
if the fire eel and the other eel is big then the other spiny eel then no. i have two fire eels and the big one tell the little one who boss.

so if there about the same size they will get along i guess thanks
 
not likely... but possible.. tank size? other tankmates? make sure their are plenty of hide spots. also depends on the aggression level of the particular fish. 2 juvis are more likely to get along then introing 2 adults. white with black splotches? i'm thinking your refering to the snowflake eel.. which is a marine true eel often converted to fresh.. or elpisifer .. a lake tang false eel. Neither would be a good room-mate for a fire. the snowflake will need marine eventually, and elpisifer will stay small and needs rift lake type water perameters. borneo may or may not work, no personal experiance with these, and seem to be fairly uncommon in the trade and thus something I wouldn't take a chance of killing it. But thats my own personal view on it.

the white eel im talking about is a african spiny eel but as for my 9-10" fire eel he has no agression since he had no agression towards my striped spiny eel that some how dissapeared but the fire eel always ignored the peacock eel
