Fire eel jumped out of bucket

I was acclimating a 24 inch fire eel that I was moving from my dads house he fell out of the bucket and squirmed around the floor for a minute before I was able to scoop him up I got him into the tank and he is swimming and I don’t see any cuts but it looks like he lost a decent amount of slime especially from slipping around bin my hands trying to catch him will he be ok

The only thing I see is his red isn’t really showing but that definitely sounds normal considering he’s probably super stressed out

Give it time and add some api stress coat to help with the loss of the slime coat
Watch closely to make sure no fungus or bacteria takes advantage of its weakened immune system

Put it in the slime coat stuff and he seems to be back to normal still a little stressed but looking fine red is back
