fire eel tankmates with

african pike and malabaricus? pike is about 11" wolffish is 9". fire eel will be 12". tank is 160gal.. so..go or no? any comments will be greatly appreciated.

In my opinion i would not stick a fire eel with a wolf fish. I like to keep my wolf fish by themselves because if a fiah almost no matter what size gets too close the wolf fish will take a bite out of them. Besides the eel is a peacful creature, it will not defend itself when attacked and on top of that it soes not have any hefty scales to protect froma bite. So i would say no to that idea.

try it i think it will be fine because the fire eel will be bigger then the wolf fish.

thanks guys! yeah i'm kinda leaning on NO at this idea.. my pike is kinda nippy aswell.. and like you said not much protection on the eel.. just wondering if maybe somebody has done it..

if the pike is attacking every thing then no.
