My 7" fire eel, Sadie, is too picky. It only eats earthworms, and it only eats chunks of earthworm less than an inch long. Never more than 3 chunks at a time, and half the times its like shes trying to eat them, but isnt smart enough to eat the worm from one of the ends, so it tries to swallow this small worm piece like a vacuum sucking up a stick lengthwise. And gives up then wont eat, then wont touch it again. she gets some food but im worried it isnt enough. is there anything i can try? It seems eager to eat, just too infuriatingly dumb to actually pull it off.
