Which do you prefer? I have both and love 'em both. Can't make up my mind on which I favor. How about you guys?
Fire Eel vs. Ornate Bichir

I have a couple of bichirs myself and I love them. I don't know much about freshwater eels, I've only had a peacock.
I had a fire eel and he was pretty cool but as you can see lots go with bichirs. My brother has a bichir substrate which is cool. You cant do that with fire eels and they do need a place to hide also.
my baby senegals pretty cool too
i also have both too, but ornates i think are less of a hider compared to fire eels. so i go for ornate.
