I’m upgrading my tank and hoping to add some new monsters, I’m most interested in Fire Eels. Has anyone run into problems with fire eels and all sorts of polypterus? I have both bichir and ropefish, I’m worried about either the bichir bullying the eel or the eel bullying the ropefish. Has anyone had experience with them?

I've currently got a 16" thick Endi and a similar sized fire eel and kept them together many times over the years with no issues. Fire eels never an issue anyway, Bichirs for me are only an issue by virtue of how predatory they can be if theres something much smaller in there
