Firebelly newts

recently when i took a trip to the lfs,i saw firebelly newts being kept with guppies.I thought they were poisonus(spelling?).How is this possible??

i keep mine with guppies. i dont think there poisonis but i could be wrong. ive handled him before and didnt die so ya............

or should i say release toxins in teh water.are you sure??no problems????

they are not poisonous.... of this I am sure.
