Firemouth and Texas cichlids had babies!!!

View attachment 1265325 Ok so the weirdest thin I have EVER experienced happened to me last night! I look over at my tank and there are TONS of fry!!! The only fish in the tank are an old female Oscar, a male firemouth and a female Texas. Until today I had no idea this could even happen! Anyone have any idea what these kiddos might look like or have any similar experiences? I had to move the Texas Because of her aggressiveness so the male is raising these fry. And doing a super diligent job of it too! This is SO weird!!!!

Congrats! Never heard of Firemouth and Texas mix but can't wait to see what they will look like.
