firemouth has a white cloud minnow stuck in its mouth

I have a nano planted tank. My Co2 had a problem and killed my fish. I decided to feed the minnows to my 150g SA tank. They were gone in a matter of minutes. There is one stuck in my 3" femaile firemouths mouth. How long should I let this go before I pull her and try it myself?

I've had two fish die with things stuck in there mouths. A small black aro with a piece of market shrimp and a Geo with a filament barb. I would remove it.

Oh damn...no smal losses huh? Sorry dude. Im gonna give it a another hour or so, then Im goin in.

Pull it out now. I had a poly choke on a piece of shrimp and I thought he would be fine but I left it too long and he almost died (went lifeless and I had to rush water through his gills for like a half hour) id pull it now dont leave it up to chance

Finally caught her. I grabbed the minnow and it barely came out. I didnt want to yank too hard. I pulled it a quarter of the way out of her mouth and cut the minnows back end off. Its still lodged. Im afraid I may lose her. Her male is following her all over the tank after I put her back..
