I have a firemouth in my 55 gallon. I came home too see it is darker in color and seems to be almost laying on the bottom and the vent tube is out. I want some advise as is it getting ready to lay eggs or is it sick? Also it has not been eating much in the last week and kind of hiding.

The tank
55g established tank
firemouth
2 female cons
2 pictus catfish
50% weekly water changes
2 whisper 60 power filters.

I had another firemouth in there for a couple of weeks but had to euthenize it due too it having unknown desease. I did a 75% water change and cleaned everything afterwards that was about two weeks ago and the other fish are fine. Here is some pics you can see the vent and some bloat.
