HI ALL,MY LFS HAVE SOME INCH FIREMOUTH,KEYHOLE,SEVERUM AND WAS WANDERING WOULD THESE BE OK IN A 40|"X18X18 TANK WITH 2 1"SAJICA PERMANENT? I WAS GOIN TO BUY 2 EACH

No, they will not "be ok permanent" in a tank this size. I would strongly advise against 2 adlut severums in 40 even if they were sole inhabitants and with limited decor. You could however keep a couple of firemouths and sajicas in there. That combination would work alright

Oh, and...

thanks thats what i thought,no harm in asking lol, could i put the keyholes with the firemout and sajica?

I would say no. Keyholes are small and as far as cichlids go aren't very aggresive. I have a feeling that firemouths and sajicas would harass them.

The sajica are definite and everything else built around them? One of the issues with two of everything is the possibility of pairs forming which ups the aggession levels exponentially. If you're set on the sajica, and they end up pairing, then another smallish pair (firemouth, fir example) is the best you're going to do. If you are willing to forego the sajica, I think a pair of sevs could barely work in that tank, but that would be all it can handle. If it were me, I would go for singles: sev, firemouth, and sajica. Get a couple of each small, keep the best one of each when they grow out, and send the others back for credit.
