Firemouth not eating

Hey all, I have a 36g bow. 4x 3" fish, Synspilum, chocolate, red ceibal and a firemouth. Added the firemouth and he hasn't ate for 4 days now, I feed nls pellets and crickets. Everyone else is always out ready for food while he hides in a ship. He is the biggest fish in there too. Anyone know what I should do
