i have one male firemouth and now he is attacking my corys and chassing my other so my qestion is what is the min tank size for one firemouth, thanks

for one male firemouth, I would prefer to see a 30G long as the minimum size

realisitically you can keep a lone firemouth in a 29 gallon for quite some time, although largest possible is always best.

Firemouths max out around 6-7 inches...so a 3 foot long tank 40gal for a full grown one.

I put mine in a 30 gal for a while then returned him when the other fish had a long time to reastablish their territories.
