I'd say both my little bastard of a FM will stand up to anything and he doesnt even have a female with him for him to protect. he and my cons always fight and my con has much more weight on him but my FM still pulls through and fights him. but the con is gonna breed in a little while so i will see what happens but either way id say u can do FM or cons with either dithers or large cichlids.
