No. I don't think it's possible to breed African Aros yet. I'm sure all African Aros are wild caught.

It doesn't look like an arrow to me lol... From what I see it looks like is a mix with sliver's long tail and Asian arowana tail fin.. Lol sorry if I'm wrong

It is an Arowana but it's more related to the Arapaima.
