First attempt at a planted tank

I am looking to get red cherry shrimp for it.
Well the tank leaked yesterday evening so I've had to get a new one today and this is how it looks. It's still a bit murky but we have an already cycled sponge filter in there.
I suggest checking your filter also because they can leak. I thought my aquarium was leaking but found out it was the HOB filter.
