earthworms, as far as I know are good. mysis shrimp shouldn't make up more than 20% of the thiaminase bearing foods in their diet.
my sunnies do great on a varied diet of cichlid pellets (NLS, hikari), kelp pellets from omega one, mysis shrimp, freeze dried crickets, krill, daphnia, brine shrimp, and snails.
they only get krill, ms, or bs twice a week. crickets once or twice a week (I'll probably start buying live ones now that they're bigger), and the rest is pellets. snails are in the tank and have learned to hide during the day, so they don't get as many of them as they used to.
