Picked up my first dat tonight, an indo from a fellow mfk member. Really happy with this fish, already very tame and personable. Also seems happy and stripes are stable

Thanks! Believe it or not it had only been in the tank for a few minutes when I took the photo. Seems really happy and comfortable in it's new home.
Looks like you've found yourself a gem....a dat that stay well colored all or most of the time.Has it eaten anything yet?
Surprisingly after a 2 hour ride in a bucket it ate about an hour after I put it in the tank. Noticed it was coming up to me and acting very comfortable so I tried feeding, and much to my surprise it ate. Fed bloodworms and chopped tilapia
That's great.....much better than feeders and perhaps you can soon get it to eat sinking pellets.
