First discus setup

This is my first discus aquarium my boyfriend and I setup together. It’s been running for eleven months, it previously was my small predator setup but with my boyfriend sparked and interest in discus we decided to create a discus growout aquarium. It houses five small discus and maybe 25/30 cardinals and three Cory cats. Oh and a two in BN Albino pleco that I’m still trying to catch.. anyways, opinions would be nervous it’s a lot easier than I originally thought it would be. I looked at discus as fish only for the most experienced but am finding out all they need is stability. Let me know what you think?

We’re upgrading to a 90 gallon in two months.

Some subforums are slower then others. I recently posted my angel tank think maybe 2 comments on it..... My poly tank thread and that subforum are usually hopping.
I like the tank and the mixed discus, looks good! I feel the way you do/did about discus too. Ive been keeping fish fresh and salt for 40years discus always seemed so fussy. Maybe I'll have to try them. I know you said 11months the tank has been up how long have you had the discus?
Also I saw your post on the name thing. Looks like its still the same? Howd that get messed up? Ive seen worst names though....lol

Thank you for the comments on the aquarium. I have had the discus for about a week now, some of them at least. They adjusted great, they’re very active feeding well and doing excellent. I think I’m finding out their not as hard to keep as I thought. They just need stable water parameters. That’s all it’s really about.

This is my first time doing a planted aquascape so I’m curious to how people honestly think the setup looks. And my boyfriend an interior designer so it has to be perfection at all times in his eyes lol. Honestly, let me know what you think people!
