First Jardini, any tips?

Got my first Jardini today, at 2". I have only kept 1 other arowana, a silver two years back. It is in a 29g growout until it is big enaugh to go into the 100g.
Any tips on feeding, mood, temperature?

Yes, i paid a good $100 for it.

When I had my first jardini at 5"... I kept the temp at 82 F, fed him feeders first (LFS only fed him feeders) and then starved/switched him to krill/shrimp slowly. He ate a lot and always swam on top just like any aro. Tankmates that were smaller at the time got chased by him constantly... Just make sure you have a cover or lid as they will jump.

Maybe because its repetitive? Shows lack of research? Theres a whole sticky on whats generally good to feed. Another sticky on mood of jardini which links into possible tankmates, and and aro care sticky to answer your temperature questions, along with atleast one thread every couple days asking how to break aros to new foods.

mine is 4" now and it took to salmon chunks after not taking shrimp, or anything not live...the next day it plowed the shrimp like it was eatting it every day... now it eats everything but pellets
