get a couple nice azuls and orinos =D

looks great, i say a p-bass and a jaguar cichlid. i have maybe a silly question though....i was thinking of getting a tank that size. when its filled it will weigh like 2400 pounds. can wooden floors support that weight? i guessing from your pics it's yes but i don't wanna find out first hand.

nice tank!

re: wooden floor support, generally no.

you need to reinforce the floors for that much concentrated weight.

most MFKer's seem to reinforce their flooring for pretty much 150g and up.

once you get to this size, you are looking at the weight of some small cars, sitting in one spot for years and years..so it can be an issue of sagging over time unless the flooring is beefed up.

This was built in the basement. It was pretty heavy itself without water. 1/2" think glass all around as well. Thanks for the comments!
