sup, i've been checking out this forum from time to time and i figured I finally need to post because i gotta problem. my 125g just formed a small crack on the bottom right corner, the crack only happened about 5 min after I filled my tank so theres no water line (before I only used to fill it up 2" below the frame). the crack isn't all the way through the face of the glass but I do see it w/in. heres a pic. I already drained it to where I used to have my waterline...any opinions/ideas/advice?? thanks!

View attachment 451347This is the introduction forum where we welcome you... and we do welcome you to MFK.. but you will need to post a thread in the DIY forum where they are knowledgeable about all these types of problems...good luck.. and hurry...

by the looks of it there may be something under that corner of the tank... like a small pebble, grain of sand etc... something to lift that corner slightly so that when you filled it up with water the pressure cause the crack....

Not sure how to fix it but i would reccommend you use polystyrene or similar under a glass bottomed tank to avoid this kind of thing in future...
