Day 1 - Hello, this is my first saltwater tank and it is a rimless 20 gallon tank with a 60 gallon eheim canister filter and a 60 watt lighting system. I'll keep you posted throughout the process of the tank, here are some pictures let me know what you think.

Canister will be wrecked after a couple months from salt water

Salt in a big tank will be more stable though. I've got a 55. It's really not that expensive after you set it up and get it running. I've got two HOBs filled with live rock for filtration. And 60 pounds in the tank. Lol. You could do something like that in place of your canister.

Well that was the original plan for me, I was going to do it in my 75 bowfront but it turned out to be to much and I had better things to buy in place of it. But I still wanted to get a tank so I just went with a 20 instead.
