I have noticed that he has shed his fangs at least four times in the two months Ive had him. Once the fang falls out it is replaced in less then 24hrs. Believe it or not I have found a tooth from all four of his sheds! Hard to believe considering my tank has natural sand as a substrate!

I assume that as his growth slows so do will the rate he sheds his fangs.
