Ok so i hit my first snag with my plywood build, my tank is going to measure 100 x 35 x 30 (inches) but they appear to only sell plywood in 8 x 4 (feet) I know people have built larger tanks before so I was wondering how to join/ connect the 2 pieces together to make 100 inches, or if I should just bite the bullet and make it at 96 inches, which would be fine but I have already built the stand at 100!
so is there any reliable way too fuse these two pieces together or no?

Its not worth the trouble for 2 inches on each end of the stand.

I'd use the extra room to dress the base of the tank.

yup thats probably gonna be the outcome, but still going to call a few more places tomorrow anyways, cant hurt.

Are you building a frame? If so then it is not a problem at all. Just cut 2 4x8 sheets of ply to 50 inches and be sure to have one support at the 50 inch mark

ya I checked around and found two places that sell 4x10 plywood but they are almost $100 each! so I wont be going that route, so I will probably try what Burko suggested as the support/framing will be running along the inside seams.
