Dumb question, but Peacock bass are legal in Minnesota right?
 
Likely. Check your state's DNR website - should link to an invasive species list.
 
Yes they are...Pbass are not on the prohibited or conditional list in FL which is one of the stricter states so I would think they are legal in all states.
 
I don't disgaree with your logic, but law is created by elected politicians, who reason and act without logic. Check the MN statute.
