Well, I am an experienced freshwater fish keeper, and I have looked at saltwater tanks and I think they look amazing.

I currently have a 400g, 75g, and 60g(400g used to have my shoal of 18 caribe piranhas,upgraded to a 500g)

What are the stocking ideas that I should consider for all three of these tanks?

I also am upgrading my piranhas from my 180g to a 380g soon,(idk like 3 months or so), so if you want you can suggest for that too.

I don't care about the price of the fish, people say I'm 'balling' lol.

I have plenty of breeders that I buy my fw from, and they breed VERY high class clowns, gobies etc. If they don't have the fish I want I will order from LiveAquaria.

Thanks,
CanadaZ

I like the fact that "cheese" is a tag for this thread.

Aside from that...what are you looking to do? Reef? or FOWLR?

No Piranha pics in the Gallery ?????? My Caribe -12" , Nettereri's 9", Rhombeus 8".

Pick a tanksize and go from there your along way from stocking.

Cheese for the win.

Anyway, I guess i'd make the 400 a reef, and the 2 small ones(60,75) FOWLR.

You have no idea how true this is until you live in wisconsin. MMMm sharp cheddar. :D

I would prolly do this the other way around.

In my mind, you can keep corals in a small space. But you are pretty limited fish wise in smaller tanks. There are lots of fish you can keep, but all the big stuff seems to be less reef compatible.

Om nom nom.

Anyway, I will make the 400g a fowlr, and the 75 a reef, and the 60 a fowlr.

Stocking ideas? I'm also concerned about hitchhikers, as I already cycled all 3 tanks.(plan ahead lol)

I say anyway too much., I will make the 400g a fowlr, and the 75 a reef, and the 60 a fowlr.

Sorry I can't find the edit button.

filling out a 400g was going to cost some cash:D but since your going with a 75 reef it wont be to bad. looking forward to see what happens

Imagine the cash it would have taken to light and reef-quality filter 400g.

Now all he has to do on the 75g is get some good circulation and a nice HOT skimmer.
