First time shipping a Turtle--Airport to Airport

I have a pretty large turtle, about 8-10" in diameter and weighs about 5-8 lbs.

How difficult is it to ship from one airport to another? I have never done this before. Can somebody run me through the process?

What forms/procedures must be completed when shipping live animals?
