First time with Cichlas

Well i love CA/SA cichlids but finally broke down and bought me some Cichla first clip in 125 community second clip i moved them to 75. 4-wc Guyana's and 1 Kelberi Also making an appearance is my RTM, Red Istlanum, Green Snooks, and Vieja.

I got them from AK Coral Maniacs in Alaska. im not sure exactly where they got them from. Ill ask the next time im go in. I thought the Kelberi would be showing more color than he is. he is roughly 5" and the Guyana are 3.5 and largest is 4.5 The largest Guyana has some nice color. Im trying to some more Kelberi up here as well as some Intermedia they were feeding them live food so im having fun gettin them on a staple diet. but im looking forward to watching them grow into some monsters and thank you for the nice comment

Im sorry i remember now that lfs bought these from Snookn. i think they order quite a bit from him.

very nice !!! the Cichla have awsome personalities in my book like an Oscar on steriods is kinda the way i feel about my cichla they are one of the more outgoing SA's I think they will quikly become some of your favorites

Thank you, I agree i love how they react to me. very quickly and when feeding time is around... Look out lol They were feeding live at the lfs so i am having fun trying to get them on pellets....
