Today I noticed that there was a brown patch on a slanted piece of slate in my tank. Eggs! My JDs have finally spawned after much glitter and pose for one another! I'm super excited, and hope for the best. I got a few quick shots of the eggs, as I didnt want to startle them with too much fanfare. Here they are! I'll post some better picts a little later as its late right now.

Maybe it was because of the weird weather we had in Washington today? Floods? I heard that odd weather can do this, anyone else?

Well, I have checked the eggs this morning and just a little earlier. For the most part they still look brown, good sign, although last night I think the Pleco got to the eggs on the slate as the female can't be in two places at once (in the tube and by the slate) but all of the eggs (as far as I can tell) in the tube are still there.

Does anyone know how long it will take for there to be wigglers? I tried to look this up but didnt get anything.

Thanks
