First timer... need some tips!

I have Cubans that just spawned and I have wigglers. When do I pull the fry or can I just leave them in the tank for a while? The tank is a 120g and they are the only 2 fish. Male is about 5" and female is about 3".

Leave them to do thier thang. Watching cichlids rear thier young is one of the many joys of fish-keeping.

Won't the parrents eat the fry though? At what size do I pull them?

Don't pull em'. Just give the fry plenty of hiding spots and keep the parents fed well.
