hi guys, i'm doing up my first diy this hols. here's the floor plan. it's a pentagon pond with a glass front(the 2.828ft).
all sides(except the front) are right angles(90deg). anyways the height will be approx 3ft. that means a 320gal. the front will be made of glass. chances are i will use plywood. i just have several questions
1-how thick a glass should i use?
2-how thick should the plywood be?
3-what will be the best way to connect the pieces?(i will be getting them as planks). i'm thinking of nailing them before laminating.
4-how can i connect the glass to the rest of the tank/pond?
5-do you guys see anything that might go wrong?
6-what are common things that i have to look out for?
i will post up more qns etc as they come...
thanks much in advance!!
