Fish Adventure and Transport!

Im heading up to Milwaukee tomorrow (From Madison) to pick up my girlfriend because her car is broken. I cant help but stop at a fish place or two! First of all Im wondering if anyone knows of great Milwaukee Fish stores!? and secondly I may be buying something as I tend to lose control at Fish stores and im wondering if i need an air pump for the ~1.5 hour drive? I mean when im driving the water will be moving so it should get plenty of air right?

1.5 hours isn't really that long Should be plenty of air anyway Just my opinion...

If its only an hour or two just have them bag them in a large bag and dont let them get cold

Oh yeah. Now that i think of it that was a dumb question. ha ha last time i was transporting fish it was to another state so I had to worry about the air but I wasn't thinking about how much of a time difference this trip is.

Search on the net or in the yellow pages for pet shops around that area. Bring some spares cash.

There's a pretty good selection at a shop i stopped at in west allis. i think it was fish factory on oklahoma. i bought some fish and supplies there, and the fish were fine in the standard bag for the drive back to appleton, which i think is about the same duration away from madison.

I've bought fish and brought them back over 8hrs in a bag no probs. Just get bigger bags, not much water, and lots of air. Nail it!! Are you going before you pick up the GF or after? Seems spending money is harder when you have your significant other with you....lol...
