And a brand new IceCap 480-003 electronic VHO ballast with the wiring harness and heat shield...all still in the mint condition box. Can be wired for 2, 3, or 4 lamps of various sizes. I'll also throw in 4 brand new VHO end caps. $100 obo. Take both for $150.
