Fish and Tanks

I have made a list of fish that I am interested in and am now trying to decide exactly what dimensions would be best and wondered if you guys could help me out. If you see anything with the compatability of the fish please say something.

FISH: Silver Arowana, Megalodoras Irwini, Pimelodus Ornatus, Lima Shovelnose, Tire Track Eel, Ornate Bichir, Polypterus Palmas, Clown Knife, Datniod, Jaguar Catfish.

TANKS: 240 - 4 Square 48 x 48 x 25 Tall,
280 - 6 Wide 72 x 36 x 25 Tall240 - Wide 72 x 30 x 25 Tall
240 - 5 Wide 60 x 36 x 25 Tall240 - 6 Tall 72 x 24 x 31 Tall

I would say the 48''x48'' or the 280..

The 36 wides will be better for the silver when it gets larger, so id go either 240 or 280 with a 36" width
