Fish arent doing anything anymore!! Really!!

I have 2 tanks, 90gallon with 1 male Dovii(5 inches) and 130 gallon with 1 7-8 inch Gt and another at about 4 inches. Iv started to notice lately that all my fish are always hiding and just sitting there not moving, EVER! I change my water in both tanks every week at 50% change. Feed only Hikari pellets and Pemsys frozen mysis, stuff like that, never live food. I cant figure it out, getting to the point where i could care less if i had these tanks. I really need help before i end up getting rid of my tanks.

Those 20 tetra in there. If they get eaten: entertaining. If not they may make your fish feel a little more confortable being out. Dithers work wonders sometimes.
I can imagine GT's in a 130 is boring. Sounds like your stocking is the problem. Go buy a big male flowerhorn or red devil. They are usually always entertaining and never shy
Make sure your water tests are good as well.
