Fish behavior in QT

So i picked up 4 new fish for my 240g right now they are in QT (kind of) its a smaller holding tank tell i finish cleaning my 240. All the other fish are moving around and stuff but my two Oscar's are scared and laying on there sides behind sponge filters. I watched tjem from afar and they so go out and move around a little thwn go right back to laying down.. Are they still getting use to my tank? Its on the ground so i also think feet scared them

Oscars are drama Queens that will pout when moved to a new tank. They should be back to normal in a week or two. Don't be surprised if they do this again when you move them to the 240g.

Thats completely normal for osars... they used to lay on their sides when scared, after 2 weeks they start to beg for food... and soon u can handfeed them...
