I have a 75g MarineLand tank...comes with UV sterilizer, chiller the whole works. I think it was used for a lobster tank at Red Lobster.
Anyhoo, I have noticed that some of my fish are twitching...I thought maybe it might have been a short circuit of some sort, but they seem to be twitching SEPARATELY at different times! In other words, if the water was indeed being electrocuted, wouldn't all fish react simultaneously?
I dont know, I am just being paranoid because my gar keeps rubbing his nose up and down and he looks extremely stressed.
FYI: water parameters are perfect, tank mates are fine...
I also tried unplugging one outlet at a time: chiller, UV sterilizer, now the only thing thats running is the pump.
Any ideas? Thanks!
