yea just like a tile say....both my tank got that problem now.....i been feed them with new life spetrum for the last 9 month w/o any problem...but for the last few month due to $$ issue i wasnt able to get a real NLS so i got some re-pack from this guy local but now my fish got bloat ..its make me worried ..anyways whats food you guy feed your african cichlids ??? less % of protien thanks

In addition to nls and hbh pellets and flake my fish get a variety of frozen and fresh veggies.Like peas zuchinni,green beans,spinach,kale.
