Fish cant swallow food

my juvenile flowerhorn was just dewormed with Levamisole. Worms gone. Since then, fish shows interest in food, chews it up but cant swallow. Tried flakes, pellets, frozen and live.any ideas? Hasnt eatten in about 2-3 weeks

55 gallon, temp 80.5, ph 7.0, ammonia, nitrate, nitrite 0. He's the only fish in the tank. Bowel obstruction? Damage from worms? Or medication?

Nitrate should not be zero or your aquarium isn't cycled.

What type of filter on the 55 gallon?

Did you examine his feces under the microscope to confirm that the worms are gone? Levamisole doesn't always kill all the worms.
