Can mollies, mono argenteus, archer fish, a dragon goby and fiddler crabs all live together peacefully? and if so has anyone had any experience with all this fish together? my plans are to have 12 mollies (plus any babies that live), 4-6 archers, 3 monos (unless i need more, and if i would please tell me how many), 1 dragon goby and 2 fiddler crabs. tank size is not an issue, i currently have an 80gallon but i have a 150gallon on its way. i plan on building a hood for the tank with acrylic doors so the archer can spit at food. also i plan on adding a land area at the top of the water for the fiddler crabs. any input on all of this would be great. and even better if you have done something similar yourself.

I have never seen this done, but if there is a will, there is a way! I think you will find that the dragon goby will get very big, and think that the fiddler crabs are dinner, but I don't know for sure. Archers do love to spit, and I have always thought about some sort of encloser like you have thought of, but never seemed to get the logistics of it to work. I also never had any luch keeping 2-4 at a time. It seems they were always fighting, and stressing the weaker one out. I found to have a happier and healthier Archer, keeping 1 was the best for me!

Mono Argenteus, one of my favorites! I really like this fish, but they do better in schools! I would recommend a group of 3, bigger is always better! I would be afraid that these guys would find the mollies dinner, but I haven't tried that to know for sure! I wish I could be more help, but I haven't tried, or seen this combination kept together before!
