fish deaths - how many have you gone through?

being in this hobby, fish deaths are unfortunately part of the hobby/obession.

with that said, i was wondering how many death we go thru a yr. this is for established tanks which have been up and running for over a year.

so please take the poll. how many fish deaths have you experienced in your tank/s whether it be a mystery, a jumper, aggression, water condition, etc .......

I just had a devistateing loss-

Lost most of my guys this last couple weeks....

Usually once a year I have a fish die----But just lost around 15 fish this last couple weeks...

lots with smaller fish, not so much with larger guys.

Been a long time but I dont get new fish that often, im pretty happy with my current stock!

I've lost maybe 5 small under 3" fish and one over 5" fish.

I have lost lots of fry. Just lost 2 mollies, an otocincla?, and a guppy or two. Hoping everyone is going to be okay. I hate dead fish.

A little bichir committed suicide...and 2 community fish that were sick when I got them.

I almost had an ich outbreak, which I totally crushed with my incredible fish-keeping might.

I just got into keeping fish though, and the community tank has been set up forever. It was some of the new ones I got that died, no fish that I was attached to.

if its a big fish its due to suicide or murder. mostly small fish get got. the last fish i lost this past week was a syndontis cat. my tropheus all jumped him. he was getting bounced all over the tank! sad man!
