Fish Disease...need help

My shark seems to have white stuff on his body. It''s mainly around his fin, i'm pretty sure it is not ich. Here's a picture, its not the best quality but hope it should help.

It sounds like cotton wool disease but could also be true fungus, both will respond to Binox, furanase, Furan-2, or tri-sulfa. You will want to bypass you filter during treatment.
